As the portal is designed/built on the same architecture as the main system that common technology is used to upload main system documents/data to the portal.
No, the portal is separately priced, based on numbers of users/funds.
The portal is accessed using email addresses of users. Those email addresses together with the associated user IDs/passwords are managed on the main system, using the same industry standard IT security technology. The details are automatically communicated to the portal ready for investors/stakeholders to use.
Groups of portal users are managed centrally on the main LemonEdge system.
Customisation of the portal is normally actioned by the LemonEdge implementation team working with you, though it is possible for users to be trained to undertake further customisations themselves.
Depending on the precise documents to be uploaded the LemonEdge team will work with you to upload external documents.
