No, due to the modern database design of the LemonEdge system. There is no limit to either the structure of data or the individual property fields, including the impending wave of ESG fields (particularly important for property investments), that can be captured, managed, then reported using the LemonEdge solution.
If your data is already fully managed in one of the legacy systems then it is straight forward to automate the migration to LemonEdge using our import/API tool kit. If your data is also partially managed in Excel, then using our unique Algorithm spreadsheet technology that data, as well as the associated processes, can also be migrated into LemonEdge. For legacy offline Excel migrations then either those processes can be replicated within Algorithms, or, we can replace the legacy Excel with new LemonEdge functions or processes.
Yes, all property portfolio data can be managed on the LemonEdge system. This additional power eliminates the legacy issue of needing multiple systems to support a diverse property portfolio (same applies to other asset classes outside property, for the same reasons).
Yes, one of the many benefits of the unique redesign of the LemonEdge accounting engine is that of automating consolidations, of the type typically seen with indirect property funds. The typical consolidation needs can be modelled on the system, thereby eliminating the need for (expensive) specialist external consolidation systems, or for manual Excel workarounds.
While not a specialist cashflow management system, the LemonEdge reporting tools together with the LemonEdge Canvas technology can be used to model, then report on, known property income profiles. Those capabilities can also be used to model what-if scenarios (such as modelling the impact of investment/disinvestment scenarios, the impact of changing occupancy rates, changing interest rates, changing FX rates, etc).
