1. Allocation Paths

Define a route through the entities of a fund structure for a transaction type, all the way from the investments to the ultimate (top-most) holding company.

2. Allocation Rules

Define how transactions at a particular entity within an allocation path are proportioned (allocated) across investors, using any required arithmetic model (e.g. by commitment).

3. Allocation Mappings

Define how investments or cashflows by type are mapped to paths. Mapping ensures LemonEdge allocations are real-time and dynamic, rather than hard-coded.

No learning curve

Allocations with Split Transactions across multiple fund structures

When Allocation Paths are paired with our Split Transactions technology even transactions that need to be split across multiple fund structures can be fully automated, regardless of the level of structural complexity.

Processing in seconds (not hours)

Processing of changes to how investments are to be accounted, the transfer of holdings between investors, or the managing of funds with large numbers of investors or portfolio activity are all done in seconds, not hours..

Allocation Paths remove the need to manually cancel/correct or copy/delete existing transactions when things change, everything can be automatically updated behind the scenes, following the templates you have configured.
