You bring deep experience in financial or accounting software implementation and consulting, with a specific focus on fund accounting and private assets — particularly Private Equity. You are comfortable navigating complex client environments and are passionate about technology’s role intransforming back-office operations.

About the Role

We are growing our Implementation Team to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding client base and to set the foundation for continued growth over the coming years. We have the technology, funding, experience, and capability to scale our business quickly.

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in fund accounting and private assets software. The successful candidate will have played an active role in delivering financial software solutions through the full implementation lifecycle and will be confident and comfortable in client-facing engagements.

What You'll Do

• Work within the Implementation Team to configure and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution to clients and partners.
• Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are understood, delivered on time, and have ongoing maintenance     and support requirements met.
• Apply deep fund accounting knowledge to configure the platform to meet complex client-specific requirements across Private Equity, Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Evergreen Funds, Open-Ended Funds and other private asset strategies.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency during system transitions.
• Develop and document SQL queries and procedures to support implementation tasks including data migration, reporting, and process automation.
• Assist in the production of supporting materials for clients and partners, including project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure clients are trained and supported on an ongoing basis, and that implementation best practices are met on all engagements.
• Interact with clients, partners, and professional services teams on a daily basis, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

‍

Essential:

• 5+ years of experience implementing or consulting on financial or accounting software solutions, with a focus on fund accounting and private assets.
• Strong background in Private Equity fund accounting, including an understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, waterfall mechanics, and investor reporting.
• Experience working with one or more industry-standard systems such as Investran, Allvue (formerly Black Mountain), eFront, Advent Geneva, or equivalent fund accounting platforms.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, with the ability to lead client workshops, manage expectations, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical     and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex financial processes into system configuration and data requirements.
• A team player who is eager to help where possible, with a passion for technology and financial services.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, migration support, and reporting tasks.
• Experience with VBA or equivalent scripting tools for automation and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, or DevExpress.
• Understanding of Alternative Assets more broadly, including Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Evergreen Funds, Open-Ended Funds, Secondaries, or Infrastructure     strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) are a plus but not essential.
